Exploring consciousness while traveling
I’m on a train, traveling from Kraków to Wroclaw in Poland. (One of the perks of living in Greece is affordable traveling to other countries!)
The scenery outside is lush green while sitting next to me is a Catholic nun playing sudoku and a middle-aged Polish lady talking to me with enthusiasm as if I understand everything she's telling me. The fact that none of us understand each other doesn't prevent us from laughing or interacting. We understand simply by our sense of ”being.”
The scene could be out of a movie but I swear it's where I'm writing to you from right now!
Traveling is definitely something that fills my soul with joy and supports my core values of adventure, curiosity, and exploration. It goes beyond checking off bucket lists. The experience of a new country, the feeling of its’ vibe and people, reinforces the fact that we're all part of a common humanity and there is no division amongst us.
We're all an integrated part of the collective consciousness that connects us. And exploring new places expands my own consciousness and enhances that feeling of oneness.
My heart feels grateful as I keep deepening my awareness but also add yet another mug to my collection of the only souvenir I buy when I travel :)
Maybe traveling is not on your list of fav things to do and that's totally ok, but surely there is that ONE special thing that fills your soul with pure joy and aligns with your core values?
Whatever that is, keep doing more of that!
It's what brings you closer to your heart and helps experience less stress and more fulfilling moments in the present.
If you want, hit reply and share along, I'd love to know what that is for you!
Also, here’s a list of goodies for you to explore that I recently discovered:
App: This free meditation app is THE app I was missing from my life. Insight Timer. You can connect with friends and see how many people are meditating live, choose from a large variety, set timers, and so many more cool features. It’s awesome!
Website: HeartMath. Science-based technology that helps reduce stress by increasing inner balance and connection to our heart. They offer a free wellness test.
Podcast: For the love of money with Chris Harder. It changed my dysfunctional perspective of money into a positive force of change. Because ”when good people make good money, they do great things!”
P.S. In case no one has told you, you're always enough.
