Top Books of 2017

These books had such an impact on my overall performance and well-being this year I wanted to share them with you. Gift yourself one or all, you won't regret it, I promise!

Heart Advice

If you're struggling with challenging situations and want to learn how to transform suffering and open your heart, I suggest "When Things Fall Apart. Heart advice for difficult times." by Pema Chödrön

Does your relationship with money suck? Mine did until I read this: "Worth it: Your Life, Your Money, Your Terms" by Amanda Steinberg. She's also the founder and CEO of DailyWorth

I'm not a parent, but every single parent, or couples considering having children, should read this:
"The Awakened Family | A Revolution in Parenting" by Shefali Tsabary, Ph.D.

"Rising Strong. The Reckoning. The Rumble. The Revolution." by Brené Brown. Please read it. Read all of her work or watch her Ted talks. If you don't know who she is, please click here.

Work and Performance

Do you want to produce better results in less time and sharpen your work skills while living in the world of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram? Here's how: "Deep Work. Rules for focused success in a distracted world." by Cal Newport.

People Skills

The most useful book I read in 2017: "Captivate. The Science of Succeeding with People" by Vanessa Edwards. My listening, communication, and people skills have radically improved with her 14 hacks. It's a must!
