Women Warriors

They're resilient in the middle of adversity and judgment.

They can love themselves, find comfort in their breath and show loving-kindness towards their soul when it's all too much to carry.

They've decided to stand up, speak up and open up.

They've been heartbroken yet still have the courage to hold their broken pieces in their hands and keep walking.

They aren't' afraid to express their grief and pain or be transparent about the weight of their wounds.

They are brave enough to show up, stand up and speak up because #timesup.

A new day is here and they won't allow any more shit will be taken. By anyone.

To all the women warriors that are strong enough to be vulnerable and vulnerable enough to open their hearts - I'm proud to be part of this human experience with all of you.
